The fake beheading of Marie Antionette - it's the same  people (Essays from Readers)

I just had a wonderful conversation with a TLM going French Catholic nun (sister) who shared so much with me about France and the current state. I am sure many of you know, but I was unaware that Marie Antoinette was actually a very holy Catholic woman who has been smeared by what the nun called the French Revolutionary spirit. She said Marie Antionette was not killed by the guillotine but instead died beforehand from an ailment like a heart attack.


The revolutionaries wanted to make an example of her and so they took her dead body to the guillotine to show the population look what we did to your Catholic queen.


She said that the recent Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games in Paris was complete blasphemy and that they once again had to show Marie Antoinette without her head as a symbol of the fruits of the revolution and to show again the dead Catholic queen for the whole world to witness. 


She said that prior to the French Revolution France was Catholic but afterwards, it never recovered. There was so much blood in the streets that the roads could not physically absorb more blood.


She told me the recent fire at Notre Dame was arson in that Macron wanted to burn it down and replace all the stained glass and make it a modern church.


The state owns the churches in France, which was a consequence of the revolution. 


She also talked about the EU and what they are doing to farmers. Many are committing suicide because of what the EU is doing to them. 


She said it's all the French revolutionary spirit.


She said the spirit is so strong and it lives on. She said that in Haiti (former French colony) the spirit is very powerful, which is why the country is ravaged. 


She was so upset about the state of France and Paris. It impacted me deeply.
